On the morning of September 26, 2018, Mr. Liu Guosheng and Mr. Dai Qiuliang with his team went to China Africa Development Fund for investigation and met with Ms. Yang Baohua, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors.

Ms. Yang Baohua firstly welcomed the arrival of CNCDC and introduced the general situation of the fund. Relying on the strong business resource advantages and international cooperation business experience of China Development bank, it actively meets the loan financing needs of the project and Provide comprehensive financing services of "investment + loan" for the project. The relevant staff introduced the situation of coal resources in Africa and the policies of relevant financial institutions for the coal and power industry, and provided pertinent suggestions for us to develop the African market.

Mr. Liu Guosheng introduced the historical evolution of China Coal Group and the historical mission of CNCDC as an integrated energy service provider. CODCO is a newly established overseas business platform of China Coal Group through the integration of resources. Relying on the China Coal Group's advantages in the integration of the whole industrial chain of coal industry design, construction, manufacturing, installation and operation to develop the international business. He said he hoped to use the institutional advantages (5 representative offices covering 53 countries), capital advantages and market advantages of China Africa Development Fund in Africa to promote practical cooperation in coal related industries.
